Tragic circumstances involving another cancer sufferer highlights the evil and crazy thinking which pervades N.Ireland society. The individual in question has had to raise £30,000 by his own resources to get treatment which cannot be provided here.
In my home there is a copy of the N.Belfast community paper which reveals £42,000 has been awarded to create a new garden in the Grove Playing Fields of all places. Naturally a very large photo of arch Lundy Diane Lundy appears at the sod cutting photo opportunity! This may be available online.
Last week £1.5 million was given out to develope the Thompson Dry Dock???????? It would have been far better if a public appeal had been set up to raise the money for the Dry dock!
