There is a saying in the UK, "Aweek is a long time in politics!"
N.Ireland has it`s very own version of this saying, it goes something like this;
"A hundred years is a short time in politics!"
Fortunately quite a lot of this type of thing has been captured on video and audio. If it had not been, these guys would have denied ever making these statements!
